What is Stockholm Global City?
One of the youngest Rotary Clubs in Stockholm, founded on June 27 year 2018.
We have at the moment 16 members between the ages of 26-80 years old and we grow. Our members represent 9 different nationalities and a diversity of professional and educational backgrounds. We aim to be a role-model for a modern Rotary Club.
What type of work does the club do?
We are focusing on leadership and personal development. As an example
we run an advanced international leadership training-course for young professionals (intrylazone1718.org) in cooperation with Polish Rotary District D2231. Another leadership training for younger people (ca 20) is planned.
Our R3 project (globalcityr3.org) was launched during the pandemic as a support measure for displaced people.
