Join us on December 4th for a talk with Vendela Runold about leadership during crises and normalcy, finding your place as a leader and how to step up to a challenge.
Vendela Runold is a PhD candidate in political science at the Department of Government at Uppsala University. She has previously worked with crisis management, preparedness and civil defense at the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB), and had a leadership role during the management of the Covid-19 pandemic. Vendela has also worked extensively with gender equality, both professionally and pro bono, for many years, and is currently serving as the president of Femme Defence, an organization that works to promote young women’s role, leadership and networks in the security and defense sector.
Moreover Vendela is an International RYLA alumni (2018) and member of Stockholm Global City RC.
