Dear Rotary members!

We have the honor to welcome our district governor Mika Lindfors, for the newly formed district 2355.

Mika comes from Finland, Åland and moved to Sweden in the fall of 2004 with his family.

He is an engineer, economist and has been self-employed since 2003. He has also been a member of Täby Rotary Club since September 9, 2013 and was president of the club during the year 2017-2018 and district treasurer during the years 2019-2022.

According to the first governor's letter, Mika states that Rotary is a fantastic organization that does a lot of good in the world, but that we depend on our members. Without members, Rotary would not exist - we must do everything we can to look after our members in the best possible way. The clubs obviously have a big responsibility for their members, but the district also has a responsibility. The district must support its members, which are all clubs within the district, and the support consists of trainings, conferences, seminars, support and activities.

Stephanie A. Urchick is serving as Rotary International President for the year 2024-2025 and her theme is The Magic Of Rotary. According to Stephanie, members create the magic through every project completed, every dollar donated and through every new member of Rotary.

Come and meet the district governor, mingle, take part in interesting dialogues and listen to the speech that will be held at Impact Hub Stockholm.

This is a hybrid meeting and you join by clicking here. We will connect online at 06:30 pm.
